Seperb LLC is in an Innovation Technology Research Development Stage that holds a Provisional Patent Application the U.S. for the development of Coated Adhesive Solution Based “Liquiyarn” Coated Yarns.  The Coated Yarn Applications are used in various surface areas of the knits, and are available in Plating, Spacer and Lamination Yarn composites.

The “Liquiyarn” Coated Adhesive Solution uses a Commercial Grade Adhesive Polymer Resin or with an available Bio-Based or Biodegradable Adhesive Polymer Resin that is applied onto the yarn fiber surface area.

The “Liquiyarn” Low Melt Temperature & Duo Melt Temperature Coated Adhesive Yarn Composites are used as an adhesion/lamination/support surface (stiffener) and it is designed to create a Selectable Permeable to Semi Permeable Barrier that enhances the performance level, features, and qualities of the final knit product (partial to full knit surface coverage).

The “Liquiyarn” Infused Solutions are comingled with the Coating Adhesives, this enhances the performance levels, features, and qualities of the final knit textile product. Single, Duo or Multiple Adhesive Infused Solution Yarns (Knit Mapping) are used to create different Adhesive Solution Attributes within the product knit (partial to full knit surface coverage).

Additional types of “Adhesive Solution” Attributes are available to meet the required product specifications.
